Adam and Marie have a common passion for helping sustainable organisations grow and thrive.

Adam Woodhall

Adam is an expert in strategy, storytelling and sustainability with a deep intuitive understanding of what generates growth.  He is dedicated to helping clients understand their key audiences and develop their business narratives to resonate with these audiences.

He has consulted with over 100 clients in sustainability, delivered hundreds of workshops and trained thousands of people, using compelling communications and behavioural insights.  In addition to being a start-up growth specialist he has worked as a presentation skills trainer.

Marie Geneste

Marie is on mission to help mainstream Sustainable services through outstanding experiences that emotionally connect with their target audiences – whether they are investors, clients, partners or advocates.

She has 14 years experience working with Blue Chip organisations, SMEs and Start-ups of all sectors across senior sales, marketing, communications and customer experience roles. Her clients include Ashden Foundation, Q-Bot, Advance London and ChangeNow Summit.
