Dutch by nationality with an international and French education, Willem has lived and travelled across the world, particularly in Asia.
With an avid enthusiasm to promote a better quality of life on our planet, he is currently working for the Solar Impulse Foundation. His mission: looking for 1,000 innovations that are both clean and profitable, with the potential to protect the environment while sustaining economic growth.
Willem has a Research Master’s degree in Chinese Studies, and a professional background in financial communication, having worked as a pan-European PR consultant in real estate investment and asset management.
